CONSTRUCTION AND PROCESS:

At present, we make only Horizontal Die Pellet Machines. We have developed our machines on the output shaft of Gear Boxes of reputed make.
In the machine, 2 or 4 Rollers rotating on the main shaft press the material through the holes in the Die. A sweeper collects and discharges out-coming Pellets to a Cooler Conveyor. Raw Material is fed from the top. The input raw material may sometimes require heat & moisture, supplied by a baby Non-IBR Boiler.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Our machines are provided with continuous Oil supply and water cooling arrangement.
